Talisman: The Horus Heresy coming this February to Mac

Nomad games has announced a digital board game recreation of Talisman set in the Warhammer universe, called "The Horus Heresy."

I must say I have never heard of Talisman before this post. According to Wikipedia it is a board game released in 1983, which would make sense that I don't know of it, since I was born in 1986. Apparently Nomad games makes er, games, following the Talisman ruleset.

I confess I am not a pro at digital board games, but I tend to be a fan of all things Warhammer 40k, and I am always in favor of more Warhammer stuff coming to Mac, since the majority of it exists solely on Windows.

From the game description:

"Talisman: The Horus Heresy is a digital board game based on the Talisman rule system and set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, during the cataclysmic events of the Horus Heresy.

Up to four players will be able to take control of one or more of the galaxy’s greatest heroes or most notorious villains. Taking the side of either traitor or loyalist, these Warlords will form vast companies of Space Marines, battalions of tanks and battlefleets of Spacecraft. They are the most powerful beings in the Galaxy and their followers are legion."

Talisman: The Horus Heresy will be coming to Mac/PC February 2016, with pre-orders available January 26th. The game will also be released on mobile formats in the Spring.
